2ND DIVISION asettaa kaudelle 2008/2009 johtokunnan päättämään asioista koskien kauden 2008/2009 päätöksiä.
Johtokunta muodostuu 2100 pistettä ylittäneistä joukkueista. Käytännössä näyttää siltä, että johtokunnassa tulee olemaan siis 5 manageria.
Uudelle kaudelle on luvassa muutoksia. Panosta tullaan varmuudella nostamaan 50euroon, myöskin mahdollisuudesta panostaa enemmän on huhuttu.
Uusia joukkueita pyritään saamaan lisää sarjaan. Vanhoja managereita myöskin nähtäneen ensi kaudella takaisin kuvioissa.
